В ходе проведения оперативно-розыскных мероприятий сотрудники отдела по борьбе с экономическими преступлениями УВД по Ногинскому муниципальному району совместно с оперативниками УБЭП ГУВД по Московской области выявили факт незаконного использования товарного знака.
Как было установлено, 47-летний житель Санкт-Петербурга и 35-летний житель подмосковной Балашихи в период с декабря 2009 года по март 2010 года в складском помещении г. Электроугли осуществляли производство лакокрасочного материала. На готовый продукт они незаконно наклеивали этикетки с обозначением чужого товарного знака.
Своими действиями злоумышленники причинили ущерб правообладателю в размере более 3 300 000 рублей.
Следственным управлением при УВД возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам состава преступления, предусмотренного статьей 180 УК РФ.
